Stayed in Grand Suit. Room was dirty, there was dust in room. Service was bad, 1- there was no shampoo 2- phone was not working to call room service 3- room was cold, ac didnt worked well as expected 4- there was no eggs in breakfast! 5- there was no hot bread in breakfast! 6- coffee was very bad in breakfast! 7- tables were not clean, als forks etc 8- staff was not helpful, main enterence door was closed and not working so i had to pull side door and they didnt even try to open it

Large room size for family. Neat and clean room. Hotel is on main road so whole night you will feel traffic noise coming. Also strange smoking smell coming in room due to centralized AC units. Overall good friendly and polite staff. For breakfast go early as in later hours most of the items finished before 9.30 am.

Good location, clean and comfortable rooms, polite staff, excellent breakfast, reasonable prices. But there was a problem with the windows. There were cracks in the windows and the wind blew through them. In any case, I recommend this place, as in other aspects the hotel was good.

I was there years ago,the room is big and very confortable because it was the winter the heat was vey high .the breakfast and the dinner were delicious and the personel was helpful.

الفندق موقعه ممتاز...المعامله ممتازه لكن موقعه عند محلات تصليح السيارات the room size good cleaning normal the hotel location good in center of bursa but the area for car workshops...car fix and change tires... the aircondition turn off every time or working without cooling and you have to call the reseption to turn it on we asked to give us an iron they gave us iron without the iron table 😳 the long hair reseption man was not helpfull every thing we asked say no...no tissue inside the room we asked him he said no tissue ,, we want to make check out he said later.. we asked to change the room because it was very disturbance in the street( there was celebration ) he said no . the pillows very old so it looks like they are dirty. the internet slow can not switch the light off or On from the bed I dont know how they give this rate for this hotel...I dont give him.more than 5.5 التكييف يفصل ويطفي موظف الاستقبال بوشعر دائما اي طلب نطلبه يرفض الريوق الافطار زين ماتقدر اتشغل واطفي الليتات من السرير

Hotel is considered average. Room was clean, staff are helpful and friendly and breakfast was good. Value parking is available. Hotel is safe and secure, Based on the price, location and quality, it’s a 3 starts hotel and based on that I am giving the 5 starts

An okay 3 day stay. No restaurant or room service. The staff can manage ordering local turkish food from nearby restaurants on your behalf if you are interested. The rooms are quite spacious and clean.
